About the product

Anybus by HMS Networks AB7702-B is a Modbus router gateway designed for transmitting transparent I/O data between Modbus RTU and TCP. This communication module features a baud rate range of 300-115200bps and incorporates Anybus Modbus RTU to TCP design. It is equipped with 4 x LED indicators for status, serial link, activity, and link monitoring. The gateway operates on a supply voltage of 9-24Vac (12Vac nominal; SELV) or 9-24Vdc (12Vdc nominal; SELV), and is housed in a plastic enclosure with dimensions of H70mm x W86mm x D57.7mm. Connection interfaces include 1 x RJ45 connector for 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet, 1 x 2-poles plug-in screw connector for serial EIA-485/RS-485 + COM, 1 x 9-pin D-sub male connector for serial EIA-232/RS-232 with full modem control, and 1 x 2-poles plug-in screw connector for power. It offers an IP20 and NEMA 1 degree of protection and supports DIN rail mounting. The gateway is compatible with Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and RS-485 communication protocols. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40...+65°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40...+85°C. The device includes 2 x digital inputs (10-24Vdc), consumes 70mA (24Vdc), has a power consumption of 2 W, and can operate in 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing) environments.
