Pilz PILZ-751108 is a safety relay designed for single-channel contact expansion, featuring instantaneous and delayed contact expansion, ON-delay de-energization and energization timers, safe pulsing timer, and safe separation. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 100 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. As part of the PNOZ s9 sub-range, it measures 17.5mm in width, offers an IP40 degree of protection, and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) with a power consumption of 2W. The housing is made of PC material, and the net width and depth are 17.5 mm and 120 mm, respectively. It supports dual-channel operation with a PNOZsigma base unit via PNOZsigma connector or single-channel operation. The device includes 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x delayed auxiliary output with a selectable time delay ranging from 0-300 seconds. It also features 1 x digital input and 1 x reset input, accommodating a wide range of safety applications.
