Pilz PILZ-774434 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 87 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15), with fixed screw terminal connections. The PNOZ XV2 sub-range part features dimensions of W45mm x D121mm, an IP40 degree of protection, and a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.). It is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing, has a net width of 45 mm, and consumes 4.5 W of power. The operating modes include detection of earth faults and shorts across contacts, with automatic or monitored start options. It offers 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x delayed safety outputs with a fixed time-delay of 0.5s, alongside protection functions like detection of shorts across contacts. Additionally, it has 2 x digital inputs, 1 x start input, and 1 x reset input for comprehensive safety monitoring and control.
