Pilz PILZ-777148 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. It supports monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -10 to +55 °C, and it has a net height of 94 mm. The safety output contacts are rated for 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals, and it belongs to the PNOZ X2.9P sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and it is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. Power consumption is rated at 2 W. The operating modes include single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with redundancy, automatic start, manual start, and monitored start. It allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. Digital outputs consist of 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel). Digital inputs include 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 30mA) and 1 x start input.
