Pilz PILZ-784131 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with a variety of monitoring functions including safety gate, instantaneous E-STOP, limit switch, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4 devices. It features an ON-delay de-energization timer, delayed E-STOP monitoring, and a monitored manual reset. The relay supports start-up testing with both AND and OR inputs and includes a self-test function. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. The unit has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current of 2A, and utilizes plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. It falls under the PNOZ e1vp sub-range, with dimensions of W22.5mm x D121 mm, and offers an IP40 degree of protection. The supply voltage requirement is 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the net width is 22.5 mm. For outputs, it provides 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, 1 x instantaneous safety output, and 1 x delayed safety output with a selectable time delay up to 300 seconds, alongside 2 x test pulse outputs.
