Pilz PILZ-784181 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, pressure sensitive mat monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It features start-up testing with AND input and OR input, alongside a self-test function, and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -10 to +55°C, with a net height of 101 mm, rated current of 2A, and plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. This part falls under the PNOZ e4.1p sub-range, with dimensions of W22.5mm x D121mm, and offers an IP40 degree of protection. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and is constructed with a PPO housing and ABS front housing. The net width is 22.5 mm. Its operating modes include automatic reset, where the unit activates once the safety mat is cleared, and manual restart, requiring operation and release of the start button without safety mat activation.
