Pilz PILZ-787053 is a safety relay designed for single-channel safety relay applications including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, and limit switch monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 101 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 6A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The supply voltage requirements are 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for AC and DC inputs, respectively. Part of the PNOZ X7P sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers a degree of protection of IP40, and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front housing. The net width is 22.5 mm, and it has a power consumption of 1.5 W with a net depth of 121 mm. Its operating mode includes single-channel operation without redundancy in the input circuit, with automatic and manual start options. It allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. The device includes 2 x instantaneous safety outputs (2NO / 2xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 17mA) along with 1 x start input (Y1-Y2).
