About the product
Banner Engineering OTBA5 is a photo-electric optical touch-activated button designed for surface or base flush mounting with a 30mm hole requirement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and features a black field cover for its design. This part is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft 5-wire cable terminated with bare end flying leads, supporting a supply voltage of 105Vac-130Vac (120Vac nominal). It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66 NEMA 1, NEMA 3, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13. The OTBA5 has a saddle/yoke-shaped body made from a polysulfone upper housing and a thermoplastic polyester base, presented in a black color. Its operating mode is momentary, offering Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) configurations, and it includes 1 x digital output (SPDT / 1NO/NC relay contact type) for touch activation.
