Banner Engineering Q85VR3LP-T9-B is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications, featuring a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment and programmable timing, excluding timing functions. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and offers a sensing distance of 4.6m. This sensor is equipped with a wiring chamber connection for its supply voltage, which can range from 24Vac to 240Vac (with 120Vac and 220Vac as nominal) and 12Vdc to 240Vdc (with 48Vdc and 120Vdc as nominal), ensuring versatility in power supply compatibility. The Q85 series sensor boasts an IP67 and NEMA 13 degree of protection, indicating a high level of protection against dust and water ingress. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, and it features a yellow housing color. The sensor emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 680 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes. It also includes 1 x digital output (SPDT relay contact) for signal processing.
