Wago 859-360 is a fixed-type relay module featuring CAGE-CLAMP spring connections. It is designed with a rated current of 50mA at 30Vdc (DC-13) for maximum recommended current to avoid evaporating the Gold flash, 5A continuous, and 20A for 20ms AC inrush maximum current. This module includes Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts indicated by a red LED and operates on an electromechanical design. It has a recommended minimum switching load of 1V / 1mA / 1mA, rated power for 1C/O / SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) contact, and operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C for operation and -40°C to +70°C for storage. The control voltage (DC) ranges from 97.75-126.5Vdc (115Vdc nominal), with a rated voltage (AC) of 250Vac max. and a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 4kV. Its compact dimensions are H91mm x W6mm x D56mm, with a 6mm width, designed for DIN-35 rail mounting. The contacts are made of hard Gold-plated Silver-Nickel (AgNi + Au), ensuring durability and a reliable connection. The rated operating voltage (Ue) supports 250V, with a mechanical life expectancy of 50,000 operations and an electrical life of 5,000,000 operations. It is designed to withstand 5-95% relative humidity without condensation.
