About the product

Banner Engineering IT23SM8, part of the Glass fiber series, is a fiber optic sensor designed with a diffuse-reflective system for individual fiber in-line sensing. This sensor features a cylindrical (threaded) end tip made from stainless steel, with the sensing end constructed from glass fiber and encased in a stainless steel monocoil. It has a length of 3ft / 910mm and a diameter of 3.2mm for the fiber core. The IT23SM8 is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +249°C.
