About the product
Banner Engineering QS18APWDLQ2 is a photo-electric sensor designed with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment, featuring an M18 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, ensuring durability. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin 1/2" micro connector for easy connection. It supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 20Vac-140Vac (120Vac nominal) and 20Vdc-140Vdc (24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc nominal), making it versatile for various power supplies. Part of the QS18 universal voltage series, it offers a sensing distance of 450mm and emits visible red light for detection. With an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, it is well-suited for challenging environments. The sensor features a rectangular shape, operates in Light-ON mode, and provides a single digital output (PNP MOSFET transistor) with a response time of 8.3ms / 0.0083 s.
