About the product
Banner Engineering T18-2VPRL-9M is a photo-electric sensor from the T18-2 series designed with a through-beam system, functioning as the receiver part of the setup. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates within a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, supporting nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The T18-2VPRL-9M offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP68, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Its shape is an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary). The sensing distance is up to 25m, utilizing visible red light for detection, and it has a quick response time of 1.5ms. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and is equipped with an M18 thread size.
