It is built to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensor features a cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with an M18 thread size, a digital output via a PNP transistor, and a sensing distance of 100mm. It utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 870 nm and has a response time of 3ms. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, catering to diverse application needs.
