Pilz PILZ-570818 is a door lock designed for handle-operated applications, featuring a transponder safety gate system. It includes an illuminated push-button for activating the safety gate, a key button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and three additional illuminated push-buttons, with one specifically designated as a section stop. This sensing device is equipped with pushbuttons, a color cap, and an escape release bar, alongside an actuator suitable for both right and left-hinged gates. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, three illuminated push buttons, one section stop push button, and one key switch switch part, accommodating both right and left-hinged gates. The connection type is a plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connection. The dimensions are W46.5mm x H555mm x L74.5mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP54. It requires a supply voltage of 24Vdc and operates in a power-to-unlock mode. The device features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms).
