Pilz PILZ-570829 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes two illuminated push-buttons for activating the safety gate and another function, one non-illuminated push-button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, a three-position key switch, and a blind cover with a 5-pin M12 connection. This device also incorporates a sensing device with push-button functionality, complete with a color cap and an escape release bar, and is adaptable for both right and left-hinged gates. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, two illuminated push-buttons, one non-illuminated push-button, one key-operated push-button, and one blind cover switch plus actuator. The connection type is a plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal with 5-pin M12 connector. The dimensions are W200mm x H568mm x L108mm, and it has an IP54 degree of protection. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc with a power consumption of 2W. Its operating mode is power-to-unlock, featuring 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms).
