Pilz PILZ-751135 is a dual-channel safety relay designed for two-hand monitoring type III C, suitable for DIN rail mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 100 mm. The safety output contacts are rated at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 5A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A for 230Vac (AC-15). This part features plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections and supports a supply voltage range of 40.8-264Vac for AC (with nominal voltages of 48Vac, 110Vac, 120Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 40.8-264Vdc for DC (with nominal voltages of 48Vdc, 110Vdc, 120Vdc, 220Vdc, 250Vdc). It belongs to the PNOZ s6 sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width, and offers a degree of protection of IP40. The housing is made of PC material, and the part has a net width of 22.5 mm and a depth of 120 mm. Power consumption is rated at 3.5 W. Its operating mode includes dual-channel functionality with detection of shorts across contacts and feedback loop monitoring. The relay also features detection of shorts across contacts, 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 15mA), and 1 x feedback/reset input.
