Pilz PILZ-751187 is a safety relay designed as a single-channel contact expansion module that features a variety of functions including instantaneous contact expansion, delayed contact expansion, ON-delay de-energization timer, ON-delay energization timer, safe pulsing timer, and a retriggerable timer. It also ensures safe separation. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C. The coated version has a net height of 100 mm, a net width of 17.5 mm, and a net depth of 120 mm, ensuring a compact design for easy integration. It supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. As part of the PNOZ s9 sub-range, it features a degree of protection of IP40 and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made from PC material, and the part has a power consumption of 2 W. It offers dual-channel operation with a PNOZsigma base unit via a PNOZsigma connector or single-channel operation. The digital outputs include 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x delayed auxiliary output with a time delay range of 0-300 seconds, selectable in increments. It also includes 1 x digital input and 1 x reset input, supporting a broad range of safety and control applications.
