Pilz PILZ-773615 is a Safety I/O unit designed for decentralized safety block applications. It supports a variety of loads including inductive, capacitive, and resistive, and can operate under short-term condensation conditions. This unit is intended for surface mounting and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -30 to +60°C. It has a net height of 133 mm and is classified as a standard/safety unit with a rated current of 4A for supply voltage, permitted output current range of 0-0.6A, and a residual current of 0.02mA at a "0" signal. The connection is facilitated through 4 x 5-pin M12 connectors for I/O ports and 4 x 5-pin M12 male and female connectors for the interface, secured with a screw interlock. It boasts an IP67 degree of protection and operates on a supply voltage of 16.8-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The connectors are made of stainless steel, and the top material is PBT/PET. It features 8 digital outputs and 8 digital inputs, with outputs being 1-pole positive-switching semiconductor outputs and inputs conforming to type 1 to EN 61131-2 standards. The processing time varies from 0.5 ms to 1.2 ms depending on the signal change direction, and it has a voltage drop of 0.2 V at the output.
