Pilz PILZ-774057 is a safety relay designed for single-channel safety relay applications including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, and limit switch monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm and supports both auto and manual start modes. It is rated for safety output contacts at 6A for 24Vdc (DC-1), 240Vac (AC-1), 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirements are 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for AC and DC inputs, respectively. The PILZ-774057, part of the PNOZ X7 sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width, has an IP40 degree of protection, and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front housing. Its net width is 22.5 mm, and it consumes 1.5 W of power with a net depth of 121 mm. The operating mode includes single-channel operation without redundancy in the input circuit, with detection of earth faults in the start and input circuit. It offers an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. The device provides 2 x instantaneous safety outputs (2NO / 2xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and includes 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 50mA) and 1 x start input (Y1-Y2).
