Pilz PILZ-774612 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This model has a net height of 87 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15), with fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage ranges from 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nom.) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nom.), belonging to the sub-range name PNOZ XV3.1. Dimensions are W90mm x D121mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the net width is 90 mm. Power consumption is 5 W. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs, 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, and 2 x delayed safety outputs with a time-delay selectable between 0.3s to 300s.
