Pilz PILZ-777355 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel operation with two-hand monitoring type III C. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 22.5 mm, and a depth of 121 mm. It is equipped with plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal). The PILZ-777355 belongs to the P2HZ X4P sub-range and offers a degree of protection of IP40 with a housing made of PPO and an ABS front. It has a power consumption of 4 VA. The safety output contacts are rated for 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1) or 240Vac (AC-1), 1.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 2.5A at 230Vac (AC-15). The operating mode includes redundant input circuitry for detecting earth faults, short circuits, and shorts across contacts in the input circuit. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC), alongside protection functions for detecting shorts across contacts. The device also has 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 25mA) and 1 x feedback loop input.
