Pilz PILZ-777514 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4 devices. It supports monitored manual reset and can be mounted on a DIN rail. The ambient air temperature range for operation is -10 to +55°C. This model has a net height of 94 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). It features plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections and belongs to the PNOZ XV3P sub-range. The dimensions include a width of 45 mm and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The supply voltage required is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the power consumption is 4.5 W. It offers 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x delayed safety outputs with a time-delay selection ranging from 0.3s to 300s. The protection functions include two operating modes, with or without detection of shorts across contacts. It also has 2 x digital inputs, 1 x start input, and 1 x reset input.
