Pilz PILZ-777520 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4 devices. It supports monitored manual reset and can be mounted on a DIN rail. The ambient air temperature range for operation is -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 94 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals, and it falls under the sub-range name PNOZ XV3.1P. Dimensions include a width of 90 mm and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The supply voltage is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and the housing is made of PPO with an ABS front.
