Pilz PILZ-777532 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4 devices. It offers monitored manual reset and can be mounted on a DIN rail. The relay operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and has a net height of 94 mm. It supports plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections and has a supply voltage range of 20.4-264Vac for AC and 20.4-264Vdc for DC, fitting within the PNOZ XV3.1P sub-range. Dimensions are specified as 90mm in width, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made from PPO and ABS materials, and the device consumes 5W of power with a net depth of 121 mm. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, alongside 2 x delayed safety outputs with a selectable time delay.
