Pilz PILZ-777606 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate, instantaneous E-STOP, limit switch, and light beam device monitoring, including both type 2 and type 4 devices. It supports delayed E-STOP monitoring and monitored manual reset. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. It has a net height of 94 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 5A at 240Vac (AC-1), 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 1.5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals, and it belongs to the PNOZ XV1P sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the power consumption is 3.5 W. It features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x delayed safety output, with digital inputs for operational flexibility. The operating modes include options with or without detection of shorts across contacts, and it allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting to contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays.
