Pilz PILZ-777951 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with standstill monitoring capabilities. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This coated version has a net height of 94 mm and features plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. The safety output contacts are rated at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A for 230Vac (AC-15). The supply voltage ranges from 20.4-264Vac for AC (with 24Vac, 120Vac, and 240Vac as nominal values) and 20.4-264Vdc for DC (including 24Vdc, 110Vdc, 120Vdc, 220Vdc, and 250Vdc as nominal values). It belongs to the PSWZ X1P sub-range, measures 45mm in width, and offers an IP40 degree of protection. The frequency measuring range is 0-3kHz, and the housing is made of PPO with an ABS front. The rated voltage for AC operation is 0.02-0.5Vac/dc with a switching threshold per channel (Uon). It consumes 3W of power and has dimensions of 45mm in width and 121mm in depth. The operating mode includes single-phase operation with one measuring circuit affecting both channels and three-phase operation with two redundant measuring circuits affecting channels 1 and 2, with voltage monitoring for failsafe operation in case of a short circuit. It features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs (2NO / 2xSPST-NO), 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC), and 2 x auxiliary outputs (semiconductor outputs; 24Vdc; 20mA), along with 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 35mA), 1 x feedback loop input, and 1 x reset input.
