Product description
Pilz PILZ-787307 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation, capable of safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4 devices. It features a monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -20 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 6A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). It offers plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections and operates on a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) or 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The PNOZ X3P sub-range part has dimensions of W45mm x H101mm x D121mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the net width is 45 mm. Power consumption is rated at 2.5 W. It supports both automatic and monitored start operating modes, with the capability to increase the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. Digital outputs include 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC), plus 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor output; 24Vdc; 20mA). It also features 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 40mA) and 2 x start inputs, with protection functions accommodating 2 operating modes to detect or ignore shorts across contacts.
