Pilz PILZ-G1000003 is a control station designed for various automation applications, featuring a comprehensive set of controls including an emergency stop push-button with LED indication and two illuminated push-buttons, each with a single normally open (NO) contact. It also includes a key switch with two normally open (NO) contacts. The unit is designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and offers a net height of 293 mm. Its round buttons have a diameter of 30mm, and it is capable of handling a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) to 0.1A (at 24Vdc; DC-13). Connection is facilitated via a 12-pin M12 male connector, ensuring compatibility with standard interfaces. The control station boasts an IP65 degree of protection, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance are necessary. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. The device's construction includes a zinc housing with silver contacts and features caps in white, green, yellow, blue, and red, with red and white buttons. The net dimensions include a width and depth of 40 mm each. It utilizes white LED lighting, with a power consumption of 12 W. The operating mode for the emergency stop is turn-to-release. For storage, it can withstand ambient air temperatures from -25 to +70 degrees Celsius. The control station includes four normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts and two normally closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, with mechanical durability rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact and up to 1,300,000 operations for the NO contacts under B10 conditions.
