Schneider Electric ATV71HD30M3X337 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series, designed for variable speed and frequency control with a built-in heatsink in a coated version. It supports U/F ratio (2 points / 5 points), sensorless flux vector control, ENA System, and vector control with or without speed feedback. This model can deliver 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% of the nominal motor torque for 60 seconds. It operates on a supply voltage of 170-264Vac (200Vac / 220Vac / 230Vac / 240Vac nom.) and features dimensions of H550mm x W320mm x D266mm. The drive is chemically resistant with a conformal coating (reinforced version) and offers a degree of protection of IP20, IP21, and UL type 1. It has a rated current of 120A (230Vac; 2.5kHz), with a maximum current of 198A for 2 seconds and 180A for 60 seconds, suitable for wall mounting. Communication is facilitated via Modbus and CANopen protocols, and it is designed for a 3-phase network with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz. The drive includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input and another for PWR safety, along with 1 digital output (C/O SPDT relay contact) and 2 digital outputs (NO relay contacts). It also features 2 analog inputs for versatile connectivity. The current consumption is rated at 124A (200Vac) and 110A (240Vac), with a rated active power of 30kW and rated power of 40HP.
