Schneider Electric ATV71HD30N4S337 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series designed for variable speed and frequency control. It features sensorless flux vector control, ENA system vector control with or without speed feedback, and can deliver 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% for 60 seconds. The unit includes a built-in DC choke, EMC filter, and a heatsink with a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 323-528Vac, accommodating 380Vac, 400Vac, 480Vac, and 500Vac nominal values. The device measures H550mm x W240mm x D266mm and offers chemical resistance with a conformal coating in a reinforced version. It has an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection and supports a rated current of 66A at 380Vac (4kHz), 52A at 460Vac (4kHz), with a maximum current of 109A for 2 seconds and 99A for 60 seconds. Wall mounting is the prescribed installation method. Communication is facilitated via Modbus and CANopen protocols, and it is designed for a 3-phase network with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz. The device includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input and another for PWR safety, along with 1 digital output (C/O SPDT relay contact) and 2 digital outputs (NO relay contacts). It also features 1 analog input (-10...+10Vdc) and 1 analog input (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA). The current consumption is rated at 66A for 380Vac and 56A for 480Vac, with a rated active power of 30kW and rated power of 40HP.
