About the product
Banner Engineering BMT16.6S-HT is a fiber sensor from the Glass fiber series, designed with a diffuse-reflective system. It features a flexible, bifurcated fiber with in-line sensing suitable for high-temperature environments. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber core is encased in stainless flexible tubing with a glass fiber sheath. The sensor has a cylindrical (threaded) end tip, with a diameter of 0.7mm at the end and 1.6mm for the fiber core. It measures 6.6ft / 2m in length and is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +315°C.
