Banner Engineering DX80DR2M-H1 is a Gateway featuring a polycarbonate housing, polycarbonate rotary dial cover, polyester labels, EDPM rubber cover gasket, and nitrile rubber, designed for surface mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6. The dimensions of this rectangular-shaped gateway are H59.8mm x W126.7mm x D117.4mm. It includes 2 digital outputs (30Vdc; NMOS; 1A), 2 analog inputs (0-20mA), and 1 analog input for a Thermistor 10kΩ. The DX80DR2M-H1 supports a transmission frequency of 2400 MHz and has 4 digital inputs (30Vdc 3mA; Sink) plus 1 digital input (25kHz counter). It is part of the MultiHop Modbus IO data radios sub-range and incorporates MultiHop flexpower data radio functionality. The design features 2 buttons, 2 bi-color LEDs, and utilizes FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology. Connection options include a wiring chamber with screw-clamp connections, 4 x Pg7 cable accesses equipped with gld. 1/2" NPT threaded cable access, a 5-pin M12 male connector, and an RP-SMA connector. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and communicates via RS-485 Modbus RTU protocol. The frequency is set at 2.4GHz ISM band 65mW, capable of a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power.
