About the product
Banner Engineering DX80N9Q45DT is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) designed for predictive maintenance applications within the SureCross Q45 all-in-one series. It features a moulded reinforced thermoplastic polyester housing with an o-ring sealed transparent polycarbonate cover, a moulded acrylic lens, and stainless steel hardware, ensuring durability. The unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6P rating. Its dimensions are H110.4mm x W44.4mm x D62.7mm, and it has a rectangular shape with a black housing. The DX80N9Q45DT is equipped with a 1.8m dual thermistor probe capable of measuring temperatures from -20 to 105°C and utilizes FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology for reliable communication. It features 2 x bi-color LEDs for visual position indication and operates on a 900MHz ISM band with a 1W power output, allowing for a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km. The device is pre-wired with an M12 connector for the 1.8m dual thermistor and is powered by a 3.6Vdc internal battery. The light color is red/green, indicating radio status, and it mounts via an M30 thread.
