About the product
Banner Engineering DXM700-B1R2 is a remote I/O controller designed for DIN rail mounting with a polycarbonate housing. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP20. The dimensions of this part are H58.1mm x W70mm x D94.5mm. It features 4 digital outputs (12Vdc-30Vdc; PNP/NPN; 100mA) and utilizes a 900 MHz transmission frequency. As a Modbus I/O controller within the DXM700-B1 series, it incorporates a 300MHz processing speed for efficient data aggregation of sensor and wireless networks, employing FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology with an M7 processor. Connection types include an RJ45 connector for Ethernet and an RP-SMA connector. The supply voltage requirement is 12-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). It supports RS-485 Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Ethernet/IP communication protocols. Memory capacity is provided by 16MB of on-board memory and an 8GB SD card. The frequency operates on the 900MHz ISM band with a 1W radio (HE5 MultiHop data radio; North America), capable of a maximum transmission distance of 9.6km at nominal emission power.
