It offers 2 analog outputs (4-20mA) and 2 digital outputs (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC), ensuring versatile connectivity. With an IP65 degree of protection, this sensor is built for durability. It has a 300mm array length, can detect objects sized between 5-10mm, and operates with a resolution of 5mm. The sensing distance ranges from 30mm to 1.5m, making it suitable for short-range measuring tasks. As part of the EZ-ARRAY series, it is specifically designed as a light curtain array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone). It comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation and is powered by a 12Vdc-30Vdc supply voltage (24Vdc nom.). The EA5R300NIXMODSRQ supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol and is structured with 60 beams at a 5mm beam spacing/pitch, facilitating precise detection and measurement.
