Banner Engineering IT26SM8MM900, part of the Glass fiber series, is a fiber optic sensor designed with a diffuse-reflective system for individual fiber in-line sensing. This sensor features a cylindrical (threaded) end tip made from stainless steel, with the sensing end composed of glass fiber encased in a stainless steel monocoil. It has a length of 6ft / 2m and a diameter of 3.2mm for the fiber core. The IT26SM8MM900 is built to operate in ambient air temperatures up to +480°C.
