About the product
Banner Engineering PBCT26UMFR is a fiber optic sensor designed for use in various automation applications. It features a diffuse-reflective system with a bifurcated fiber in-line/coaxial sensing mechanism. The sensor has a 1mm fiber core diameter and is part of the Plastic fiber series. It is equipped with a cylindrical (threaded) end tip made of nickel-plated brass for the sensing end, while the fiber is constructed from plastic with a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath. The total length of the fiber is 15ft (4.5m), and it is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C.
