About the product

Banner Engineering PBFM16UM.15 is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring a miniature ferrule end tip and bifurcated fiber for in-line sensing. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +85°C. It has a 0.25mm fiber core diameter and comes in a cylindrical (smooth) end tip shape. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber is plastic, and the fiber sheath is constructed from Polyethylene (PE). The total length of the sensor is 6 feet (approximately 2 meters).
