Banner Engineering PBFMP12TSMP.2 is a fiber sensor designed with a diffuse-reflective system featuring a miniature ferrule probe end tip and bifurcated fiber for in-line sensing. It operates effectively at an ambient air temperature of up to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and is characterized by a cylindrical (smooth) probe tip. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber is plastic with a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath. It has a diameter of 0.82mm at the end and a 0.25mm fiber core. The total length of the sensor is 6ft / 2m, facilitating versatile installation options.
