About the product
Banner Engineering PBFMP16UMP.2 is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring a probe with a ferrule tip and bifurcated fiber for in-line sensing. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and is characterized by a 1mm fiber core diameter. It has a cylindrical (smooth) probe tip made of stainless steel, while the fiber is encased in a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath. The total length of the sensor is 6 feet (approximately 2 meters). It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures up to +85°C.
