About the product
Banner Engineering PBPS23TMB5MFFM8 is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring a probe tip bifurcated fiber with a side / right-angled sensing orientation. It operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and comes with a cylindrical (smooth) probe tip. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber core and sheath are constructed from plastic and polyethylene (PE) respectively, ensuring durability and flexibility. The diameter of the sensor is 1.5mm at the end and narrows down to 0.5mm at the fiber core. It has a total length of 6ft / 2m, accommodating various installation requirements.
