PFK40 Banner Through Beam Sensors

Festo PFK40 is a micro filter assembly designed for high-pressure applications, capable of vertical +/-5° in-line installation. It features a manual rotary condensate drain and offers a high flow rate with a 0.01µm filtration grade. The filter is suitable for compressed air and inert gas as input mediums, operating within an ambient air temperature range of +5°C to +60°C. It adheres to ISO 8573-1/2010 [2;4;4] for compressed air and [1;4;2] air quality class as output. The PFK40, part of the L series, does not include a connecting thread/sub-base for its connection type. It is built with a high-alloy stainless steel bowl, NBR seals, wrought aluminium alloy housing, and a borosilicate fiber filter element, ensuring compatibility with environments facing moderate corrosion stress (CRC 2). The operating pressure range is 0 to +50bar, and it can handle a maximum standard flow rate for air purity of 18980L/min and a minimum of 6326L/min, with a filter efficiency of 99.9999%. The maximum condensate volume capacity is 400mL, and it is designed for storage in ambient air temperatures ranging from -10°C to +60°C.
