About the product
Banner Engineering PIPS46TMB5 is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode probe tip pair of individual fibers positioned side by side with right-angled sensing. This sensor falls under the Plastic fiber series and is equipped with a cylindrical (smooth) probe tip. The sensing end is made of stainless steel, while the fiber core has a diameter of 1mm, encased in a plastic fiber with a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath. The overall length of the sensor is 6ft (2m), and it is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C.
