It features a pair of individual fibers with a 1.5mm fiber core diameter, encapsulated in a plastic fiber polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and is characterized by its cylindrical (smooth) end tip. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C. The total length of the fiber is 1000ft (304.8m), accommodating extensive installation requirements.
