Banner Engineering Q20NRL is a long-range photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as the receiver component. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and is housed in a thermoplastic material, ensuring durability. This sensor is part of the Q20 series and offers a sensing distance of up to 20 meters with an infrared light source at a wavelength of 850 nm. It features a rectangular shape and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable with bare end flying leads for connection. The Q20NRL operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It provides one digital output via an NPN transistor and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. The sensor's response times are 1ms for ON and 0.6ms for OFF. It is protected to IP67 and NEMA 6 standards, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress.
