Banner Engineering QS18ANWDL is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is equipped with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment for precise sensing control. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy integration into various systems. It supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 20Vac-270Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac as nominal values) and 20Vdc-270Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc as nominal values), making it part of the QS18 universal voltage series. The sensor boasts an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, offering robustness and clarity. With a sensing distance of 450mm and utilizing visible red light for detection, the QS18ANWDL operates in Light-ON mode. It features a single digital output (NPN MOSFET transistor) and has a quick response time of 8.3ms / 0.0083 s, ensuring timely and accurate sensing performance.
