About the product
Banner Engineering QS18VP6LP W/15 is a polarized Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective mode operation with potentiometer adjustment. It features an M18 threaded mount and is equipped with a pre-wired 15ft / 4.5m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens. It belongs to the QS18 series and offers a sensing distance of up to 3.5m with a visible red light color at a wavelength of 650 nm. The QS18VP6LP W/15 operates in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, has a digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), and responds in 0.7ms / 0.0007 s. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions.
