Banner Engineering R58ACR2Q is a registration mark sensor from the R58A series, designed for precise detection tasks with its convergent mode perpendicular sensing image and potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C and is housed in a durable die-cast Zinc alloy with an Acrylic lens, ensuring its suitability for various industrial environments. It features a pre-wired 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The R58ACR2Q offers a sensing distance of 10mm and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 636 nm to perform its registration mark sensing function. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for versatile application use. The sensor is equipped with a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and boasts a rapid response time of 0.05ms / 0.00005 s. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and is protected to a degree of IP67, making it resistant to dust and water ingress.
