Banner Engineering S18-2VPRL-2M is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the S18-2 series. This sensor functions as a receiver alone, housed in a thermoplastic with an acrylic lens. It features a pre-wired connection with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc. It is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The S18-2VPRL-2M has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor), and boasts a sensing distance of 25m. Its response time is 1.5ms / 0.0015 s, and it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with a thread size of M18.
